Liz and Tom will look at some of the key issues that may crop up when handling disciplinary and grievance issues. First Liz will look at some of the tricky questions you might be faced with: Can witnesses remain anonymous? What if the employee keeps putting off the meeting? How do you deal with a companion who won't let you speak?
Tom showed how to get the best result possible and how to create rapport and positivity even in the midst of conflict. Delegates were shown how to identify three different personality types and how to deal with them. In particular learning what not to say to avoid escalation.
