Tom has a Masters Degree in Business Analysis and System Design. From an early career in information systems management, he has worked on the principle that people, not technology, are the key determinants of success. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and an Executive Coach.
Working with Tom, Kole has put in place the internal processes that have made Teamworking International a byword for good service delivery. With natural people skills, she heads up the company's sales function.
