Teamworking International are setting new standards in corporate training, and we are proud to have a blue chip client base stretching from the UK to the Middle East.

Our success is based upon a unique approach to training that offers clients radical change at a time when return on investment is absolutely crucial. We believe that emotion is key to unlocking performance and implementing profound cultural change.

Believe it or not, 80% of performance is governed by emotion, yet few training companies respond to the reality of this. We begin with people’s beliefs, attitudes and mindset and then build skills and knowledge on these foundations. We call this the ‘emotionally intelligent’ approach.

Everything we deliver and challenge our participants to think about, leads back to one simple question ­ “what am I going to do differently back at work and how?” Text-book theory is not what we deliver ­ our customers can read that for themselves.
