2016 Sales person of the year!

Jas is now a Senior Account Manager and thanks to TWI he's smashing targets along his way.

"My sales target for the year was 6 million dirhams and I achieved 14 million. That's basically 240% above target, which is outstanding and I didn't have to have as many meetings - I just made sure every meeting I went to was high quality. Rather than wasting time I am seeing the right people, which is more efficient in terms of results"

Despite his natural talent, Jas is grateful to TWI and the part we played in his success - crediting his sales person of the year award to the skills he learned in our sales and negotiation training. 

"Now I feel like I could walk into any company and sell a product. My ability to develop relationships, building trust and rapport, has improved and I know what it takes to get to a decision-making point where you can close the deal and make money out of it. When I come out of a meeting I am at peace with myself because I know I have prepared and tried my best!"
