The Unilever Challenge:  Raising Project Leader Potential

Unilever are one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with globally recognised brands, from Ben & Jerry’s to Hellmann’s, Persil to Lynx.  In fact, each and every day over 150 million people choose a Unilever product.
 
Teamworking International have been supporting Unilever for the past 13 years, training and coaching over 1000 project leaders and senior managers to great success.  The principal challenge was to rollout a centralised Project Leadership Program, supporting multi-cultural teams throughout Africa, Europe and The Middle East.
 
Unilever needed a consistent approach to portfolio management and project delivery, with a unified code of best practice across the entire group.
