A focus on the individual 

This tailor-made executive program typically begins with an assessment of the individuals involved.  These fact-finding missions provide the initial evidence to create profiles for each executive, highlighting key strengths and areas for development.  

Executive coaching 

After the initial assessment, a number of individual coaching sessions are carried out:

  • One-to-one coaching: each executive receives intensive coaching.  This is a resilient and robust process designed to help executives reveal blind spots, limitations and to explore their key strengths in the context of their job.
  • Personal development plan: during one-to-one coaching an agreed personal development plan is drawn up, focusing on areas where the individual can make breakthrough performance improvements.
  • Follow up coaching: at least two follow up sessions are included in the program.  These ensure that development translates into action and is not forgotten amidst the demands of everyday work.

Uniting the team
The second part of the program addresses the team.  An executive workshop is held with the objective of creating a unified team with a shared vision. The trends and patterns are highlighted and development areas worked upon. 

Team values and objectives are explored and discussed until a consensus emerges. We then create a milestone plan for the team which identifies executive actions and individual accountabilities against which further progress can be measured.
