360 Degree and Performance Management training resolves internal politics
Dina Haikel, Head of Operations at Robeco, first met Tom and Kole in 2009 at a Leadership Masterclass at the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Finance. This programme had a great impact on her and she wanted her employees at Robeco to benefit from Tom’s expertise.
