TWI have been supporting Unilever for the past 13 years, training and coaching over 1000 project leaders and senior managers to great success. The principal challenge was to rollout a centralised Project Leadership Programme, supporting multi-cultural teams throughout Africa, Europe and The Middle East. Unilever needed a consistent approach to portfolio management and project delivery, with a unified code of best practice across the entire group.
